Top: Siomai, a Chinese dimsum with chicken, beef or shrimp inside the edible wrapper. Usually dipped in soy sauce mixed with calamansi (also known as acid orange, calamondin orange or Panama orange) and chili paste. Eaten by Joal-chan
 Bottom: Takoyaki, a Japanese dumplingmade of batter, diced octopus, tempura scraps (tenkasu), pickled ginger, konnyaku, and green onion, topped with okonomiyaki sauce, green laver (aonori), mayonnaise, and katsuobushi (fish shavings). Eaten by me  Info on foods are from Wikipedia.org and other site (I forgot the URL, sorry) -*- I got bored so I turned these precious foods, me and Joal-chan ate yesterday, into emoticons. LOL. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
